Calendar of Winnings

Dear Families,

Even though the trip to Williamsburg has been canceled, we still need help with transportation costs to New York City! The Calendar of Winnings fund raiser is still needed. As always, we are trying to keep the costs down for all families attending the New York City trip. Therefore we are hoping everyone will continue to participate in this fundraising event.

In order to benefit the New York City trip, the Calendar drawing has been moved to April. Any tickets you have sold will be applied to this drawing unless the buyer wishes to withdraw and receive a refund. New packets are being handed out to each student. If you do not receive a packet please see Mr. Smith, Ms. Wytrwal or Mr. Chen. (Extra packets and tickets are available in Mr. Smith’s office.) You can also download, print, and make copies of the calendar below.

The ‘Calendar of Winnings’ is an easy and high producing money maker for the program. We are asking each and every participant and friend of the Music Department to try and sell a minimum of 20 tickets to help with transportation costs. Our goal is to raise $5,000. By working together, we can continue to provide a valuable experience for our students. In this day and age we need all the help we can get! Even if you are not going on the trip, we are asking for your help. Music is a family and we need to stick together.

Calendar tickets sell themselves – they are popular! Let each person know they have 30 chances to win for only $5, as tickets are put back into the drawing even if they are a winner!

There is not much time before the trip, so please make every effort to sell calendars immediately. Remember, it will take effort from every Music department member to make this a successful fund raiser for New York City!
